Getting Our New Warehouse on Its Feet

It’s all hands on deck as we’re busy getting our new warehouse in Farmington, Arkansas set up. As we prepare to make the big move, we wanted to keep you updated on important information and let you know how the transition will affect you.

Shipping
Because we’re physically moving the warehouse, we will not be shipping orders starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, August 17^th and running through Monday, August 27^th. Even though we will not be shipping packages the week of August 20th, you are welcome to call us to place an order. Your order will then ship out of our new warehouse in Arkansas the last week of August.

Shopping Online
Our e-store will close down at noon on Friday, August 17^th, and will remain down until the week of August 27^th. We do not have an exact date of when the e-store will be back up and running, but when it is, we have a big surprise. We’ll be unveiling a brand-new e-store website that will make shopping easier than ever before and allow our international customers to place orders online!

Office Closed
Because our entire team will be busy helping with the transition from Texas to Arkansas, our office will be closed on Monday, August 27^th and Friday, August 31^st. While we will not be able to take phone calls or answer emails on those days, we will respond to all messages as soon as we are able to.
