The 2020 Clinician Academy slated to take place May 4th – June 19th at the Downunder Horsemanship Ranch is already a third of the way full. The seven-week course attracts horsemen from around the United States as well as internationally. Two of the horsemen signed up to participate are from Germany and hope to graduate the course as Method Ambassadors to bring more notice to the Method in their country.

The Academy’s coursework requires students to bring two of their personal horses to train through the Fundamentals level of the Method. Throughout the course, they take a written and practical exam to test their understanding of the philosophy behind Clinton’s approach to horsemanship as well as their ability to execute each of the Fundamentals level groundwork and riding exercises. Horsemen who pass the testing with a B+ average are certified as Method Ambassadors to teach the Fundamentals level of the Method and train horses for the public.

Fifteen participation spots are available in the seven-week course on a first-come, first-served basis. Detailed information about the Academy, including an application, can be found on our website.
